Who we are...

Free-hip-hop-beats.com was created in 2009 as a continuation of my previous website digitalsunproduction.com. The purpose is to offer for downloading free rap beats, free hip-hop instrumentals for those underground artists who cannot afford buying the expensive, sometimes less qualitative rap beats on the market. I'm Barabass, the beatmaker, underground producer and the webmaster of this website. I couldn't have made this possible without the help of some friends who first introduced me to the beat making, friend websites like freesound.org, where i could get samples to use, soundcloud.com and soundclick.com for letting me share my works and spread the word and many others.

We've got more than 10.000 downloads on Digital Sun Productions during 2008 and more than 57.000 unique visitors from 2009-2011 on this website.

Our original style got us known all over the globe.

We approach experimental, abstract, east-coast, african, asian, european hip-hop making 100% original beats for y'all. U'll find here romantic rap beats, slow rap instrumentals, hardcore beats, west coast, east coast, experimental, abstract, sad rap instrumentals and many others.

Why do we make them for free?

Well, we just love when artists write back telling us that they love that beat, the sound on the other beat and stuff like that...

We finance this website with the ads we've placed all over the place, donations and exclusive beats that artists ask for.
